Position: Legal Executive
Experience: 2-3 years

Location: Trivandrum.

Skill Sets:

Preparing & Drafting Contract
Legal Notices,
To Maintain proper data base of contracts
Drafting Vendor studio contracts, license & Distribution contracts
Correspondence with Lawyers regard to the cases pending and follow up of the same
Responsible for the closing and execution of contracts.
Ability to establish priorities and multi-task efficiently within a high-pressure environment while meeting strict deadlines
