Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented GET/Intern to join our Homologation Department. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in vehicle type approval processes, regulatory compliance, and certification procedures across different global markets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Activities:

• Support the homologation process for vehicle type approvals (Indian, WVTA, UNECE, etc.)

• Assist in preparing technical documentation and dossiers for regulatory submissions

• Review technical specifications and ensure compliance with applicable regulations

• Participate in vehicle testing coordination and witness testing activities

• Support the analysis of test results and preparation of technical reports

• Maintain and update homologation databases and tracking systems

Administrative Support

• Coordinate with internal teams (testing, engineering, quality) and external stakeholders (authorities, manufacturers)

• Assist in communication with type approval authorities and certification bodies

• Organize and maintain homologation documentation and certification files

• Support project timeline management and deadline tracking

• Prepare presentations and status reports for internal and client meetings

Learning & Development

• Participate in training programs on automotive regulations and standards

• Learn about different homologation frameworks (EU, UN ECE, US, Asia-Pacific regions)

• Develop understanding of vehicle systems and their regulatory requirements

 

Required Qualifications

Education

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in:

  • Automotive Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • Or related technical field

 

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of automotive systems and vehicle technology

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

 

Language Skills

English: Fluent (written and spoken) - MANDATORY

• Additional languages are a plus
