In this role, you will champion delivery by blending the strategic oversight of a Lead Project Manager with the analytical depth of a Business Analyst. You will oversee multi-system integrations, optimize core platforms, and ensure high-quality technical solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead complex IT business application projects from inception through deployment using Agile methodologies.
• System Integration: Oversee data flow and structural architecture across multiple interconnected enterprise systems.
• Business Analysis: Gather technical requirements, map functional workflows, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Sprint Management: Maintain product backlogs, plan sprints, and run daily standups within Jira.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary bridge between technical teams and business executives to ensure alignment.
