Job Description

A central responsible function for line transfer projects to ensure the successful relocation and setup of production lines or operations. The key responsibilities are:

 

  1. Project Planning: Develop project plans that outline the objectives, scope, timelines, and resources required for the line transfer.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage with all relevant stakeholders (Local and Global) to ensure alignment and support throughout the project.
  3. Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential challenges associated with the transfer, including regulatory, logistical, and cultural factors, and develop mitigation strategies.
  4. Budget Management: Prepare and manage the project budget, ensuring that costs are controlled and that the project remains within financial constraints.
  5. Logistics Coordination: Oversee the logistics of moving equipment and materials, including transportation, customs clearance, and installation at the new location.
  6. Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members from different departments and locations.
