Job Description
- Lead and manage the HPU & Manifold Design Department
- Define and drive engineering strategy, best practices, and standardization
- Ensure design quality, reliability, and compliance with global and internal standards
- Oversee ETO (Engineer-to-Order) project execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Drive cost optimization, value engineering, and localization initiatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and global engineering units
- Build and enhance team capability, technical expertise, and leadership pipeline
- Ensure documentation, audits, and process compliance with organizational requirements
- Resolve critical technical challenges and manage customer escalations effectively
