    Job Description - AI Product Owner (BFSI)

    We are seeking an experienced AI Product Owner to lead the development, adoption, and scaling of ADAM — Brillio’s Agentic AI Platform within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain.

    This role will drive how ADAM enables enterprises to transition from traditional digital transformation toward AI-led operating models, embedding intelligent agents, automation, and decision intelligence across core financial workflows.

    The AI Product Owner will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, domain experts, and ADAM engineering teams, ensuring that platform capabilities translate into measurable client outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities

    ADAM Product Strategy & Vision

    • Define BFSI industry vision and roadmap for ADAM adoption across banking and insurance clients.
    • Identify high-impact agentic AI opportunities across underwriting, lending, fraud, risk, customer servicing, operations, and compliance.
    • Translate business problems into reusable ADAM platform capabilities and agents backlog
    • Drive industry-specific productization aligned to Brillio’s platform strategy.

      • ADAM Platform Ownership

      • Own end-to-end lifecycle of ADAM use cases — from ideation to enterprise deployment with the engineering teams.
      • Define product backlog, user journeys, agent workflows, and acceptance criteria.
      • Prioritize features balancing business impact, scalability, and regulatory constraints.
      • Work closely with AI architects, data scientists, and engineering teams to operationalize ADAM capabilities.

        • BFSI Domain Leadership

        • Bring deep understanding of banking or insurance operating models.
        • Ensure ADAM solutions align with risk, compliance, and governance standards.
        • Embed explainability, auditability, and responsible AI principles into agent workflows.
        • Drive industry differentiation through domain-informed AI solutions.

          • Client Engagement & Adoption

          • Act as product evangelist for ADAM within BFSI accounts.
          • Partner with sales and consulting teams to shape AI transformation opportunities.
          • Drive stakeholder alignment, user adoption, and value realization.
          • Present roadmap, demos, and outcomes to senior client leadership.

            • Required Qualifications

            • 5-7 years of experience in Product Management, Consulting, or Technology Delivery.
            • Strong experience in BFSI domain (Banking / Insurance / Financial Services).
            • Experience delivering AI, Data, or Digital Platforms at enterprise scale.
            • Experience operating in Agile product environments.
            • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

              • Preferred Qualifications

              • Experience with enterprise AI platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI).
              • Exposure to Responsible AI, regulatory frameworks, or model governance.
              • Background in enterprise transformation or platform-led delivery.
              • MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Data Science, or Business.
