Job Title: Senior Oracle EPM Consultant Location: Hyderabad (Willing to Travel: Saudi Arabia) Experience: 8–15 Years

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle EPM Consultant to lead solution design, implementation, and management of enterprise planning and reporting solutions. The consultant will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end Oracle EPM Cloud projects, ensuring compliance, scalability, and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Modeling: Architect and design EPM applications (EPBCS/PBCS, FCCS, ARCS) including metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, and cube structures.

  • Calculation Scripts: Develop and optimize Calc Manager and Groovy scripts for planning, forecasting, and consolidation.

  • Integrations: Implement and manage integrations using FDMEE, REST APIs, OIC, SmartView, and other tools to connect EPM with ERP/Finance systems.

  • Data Forms & Reports: Design and configure planning forms, dashboards, and reports to support FP&A and business decision‑making.

  • SmartView Automation: Build and maintain SmartView scripts for reporting, reconciliation, and automation.

  • Functional Expertise: Deliver solutions across EPM functional areas (Workforce Planning, Capital Planning, Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliation).

  • Project Leadership: Manage full‑cycle implementations (minimum 3–4 end‑to‑end projects), lead UAT, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery.

  • Compliance & Governance: Apply Oracle AIM/OUM methodologies, enforce governance, and ensure adherence to best practices.

Mandatory Skills

  • Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS, PBCS, FCCS, ARCS, SmartView)

  • Solution Design & Implementation experience

  • Data Migration (FBDI/ADFDI Templates)

  • Tax Configuration & Budget Control

  • Oracle AIM, OUM, UAT methodologies

  • Modules: AL, CM, GL

  • Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Essbase cube design and performance tuning

  • Knowledge of Groovy scripting and advanced calculation logic

  • Exposure to Saudi/GCC compliance frameworks and financial regulations

  • Ability to mentor junior consultants and lead project teams
