The Operations Consultants are at the forefront of our company’s growth, the incumbent will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing the end to end candidate sourcing, interview processes for various clients from different Industry verticals across the globe.
- Closing the offer between the client and the candidate
- Guiding and mentoring a team of researchers.
- Business development and promoting Catenon’s services.
