Job Description
We are looking for a tech-oriented, accomplished, and insightful candidate to support our Technology teams in the firm’s office in Hyderabad, India. The candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders to plan and implement talent development strategy for the technology practice. Additionally, the candidate will be given the opportunities to build, create, and develop various facets of the training processes, collaborate with high-caliber colleagues in a collegial environment, and lead projects independently.
As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for providing guidance, advisory support, and implementation to technology business groups for learning and development initiatives and practices. The role entails gathering inputs from various stakeholders in the technology practice to determine and translate learning needs into impactful learning solutions. You will partner with various technology business groups to develop talent development strategy and capability-building plans. In addition, the role requires the development and generation of strategies to address learning needs for the technology practice, including the introduction of structured programs to onboard new hires and upskill experienced employees. You will also collaborate with technical experts within the organization to ensure learning content is up-to-date, relevant, and accurate. The aim is to streamline learning processes, platforms, and practices to enhance learner experience and productivity. The role involves deploying programs and initiatives to address domain, technical and behavioral learning needs. Additionally, you will execute end-to-end program management and coordinate vendor management, data analysis, and reporting efforts.
