Job Description
We are looking for resourceful candidates to join our Financial Research group in Bengaluru or Gurugram. The group works closely with various front office groups to provide high-quality, in-depth support to the investment research and decision processes of the firm’s global proprietary trading strategies.
In this role, you will undertake fundamental credit analyses of corporate bond issuers across geographies and work with front office desks in the primary and secondary markets. You will prepare business summaries, historical financial and operating highlights, and summarize impactful developments. Additionally, you will analyze corporate credit quality, prepare notes from virtual roadshows, and concisely summarize industry/company/financials specific nuances. You will also be required to assist the front office in reading and extracting key terms from credit documentation such as collateral packages, guarantee structures, and springing maturities, including other ad hoc projects like short capitalization tables, seniority analysis, and relative value tables.
