Specialist - Legal (Core CR) - Legal and Compliance

We are looking for a resourceful candidate to join our Legal and Compliance department based out of the firm’s office in Hyderabad, India. The Legal team is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving legal issues and risks for the firm. The team handles matters related to contract review, transactional and real estate legal support, litigation, employment, and intellectual property. In this role, you will review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements including event contracts, engagement letters, and nondisclosure agreements with potential counterparties and vendors. Additionally, you will also get the opportunity to collaborate with attorneys in other offices of the D. E. Shaw group on various agreements and miscellaneous projects.
