Engineering Manager (Windows Engineer)

We are looking for an engineering manager proficient in Windows-based and adjacent technologies to join our Windows Engineering team in Hyderabad. The team is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the firm’s Windows infrastructure while working closely with other global teams in the Systems department. The role offers an opportunity to lead engineers, coordinate with other tech teams, and collaborate with the business to define the technology roadmap, oversee project execution, and ensure high-quality deliverables. You will lead a team of engineers to design, implement, and maintain reliable, scalable, and high-performance systems based on Windows technologies. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, translating business needs into technical projects, setting realistic timelines and priorities, and owning complete project delivery. You will also engage in engineering project work and provide direction to enhance the overall configurability, observability, supportability, and reliability of the firm’s technology environment. Furthermore, you will upgrade and/or redesign existing infrastructure to improve performance and stability. As a techno-functional leader, you will hire, mentor, and develop engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and technical rigor.
