Manager - Technology Campus Hiring (Talent Acquisition) - Human Capital

We are looking for an accomplished candidate with a record of academic and professional achievement to join our Talent Acquisition team based in the firm’s offices in Bengaluru/Gurugram/Hyderabad. This is a dynamic, high-visibility position offering opportunities to strengthen the firm’s campus recruiting and engagement practices. You will play a pivotal role in designing, executing, and refining campus recruitment strategies for all our technology groups. You will engage with leading engineering colleges while working closely with key stakeholders to attract the right talent. You will be leading initiatives to utilize non-traditional forms of recruitment, branding, and engagement while championing recruitment best practices within the team. You will have to update and monitor the online applicant tracking system for colleges/businesses and report on entry-level hiring statistics as requested. You will be planning and executing all on-campus recruitment activities, including presentations, office visits, networking events, interviews, and our campus engagement initiatives.
