Principal Manager, Product Management (Investment Services Tech - Tax)

We are seeking an enthusiastic, analytical, and resourceful Product Manager to join our Investment Services Technology team, based in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Gurugram. This team handles technology for finance and operations, such as post-trade activities, portfolio and fund accounting, hedge fund taxation, and investor relations. The role offers an inclusive and dynamic environment. We aim to improve our technology for better efficiency and scalability. The ideal candidate should understand financial markets and hedge fund operations and have experience in product management and process optimization. Knowledge of hedge fund taxation will be an advantage. You will work closely with business users, software developers, product managers, and technology leadership teams to conceptualize and develop solutions to improve middle - and back-office systems. You will understand business needs, define technical requirements, prioritize product roadmaps, support current applications, and align product goals and priorities with leadership, business users, and development teams. Additionally, you will have opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across financial operations, Arcesium, and technology teams. You will also gather customer feedback to refine the product and prioritize features based on impact and feasibility. Furthermore, you will have ample opportunities to partner closely with global leaders across our Information Technology, Finance and Operations teams.
