Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic, analytical, and resourceful product manager to join our Investment Services Technology team in Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Gurugram. This team handles technology for finance and operations, such as post-trade activities, portfolio and fund accounting, and investor relations. The role offers a dynamic environment. We aim to improve our technology for better efficiency and scalability. The ideal candidate should understand financial markets and have experience in product management and process optimization.
You will work closely with Management Reporting and Management Company Accounting stakeholders, engineering teams, and delivery partners to design and deliver technology solutions that modernize reporting and accounting workflows. You will serve as a key point of coordination across initiatives focused on improving end to end processes, reducing reliance on manual and spreadsheet based execution, and delivering secure, well governed platforms. You will lead structured discovery and process mapping efforts, translate leadership and operational needs into clear product visions, requirements, and roadmaps, and own backlog prioritization and scope alignment across cross functional dependencies. You will partner with engineering through solution design, sprint planning, and release execution, while proactively identifying opportunities for automation, data integrity improvements, operational resilience, and enhanced reporting—using metrics and user feedback to measure outcomes and continuously improve delivered solutions.
