Job Description

We are seeking an exceptionally strategic and results-driven Manager- Sales, to lead our new business acquisition efforts. As a Level 4 leader, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and optimizing our global Inbound sales strategy, driving significant revenue growth by proactively identifying and engaging new, high-value enterprise clients. This role requires a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing Inbound sales teams, developing market-leading strategies, and a deep understanding of complex sales cycles. You will lead managers and individual contributors, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous achievement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver new business revenue targets across SMB and Commercial accounts in ANZ and India
  • Drive predictable revenue outcomes through strong pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and disciplined deal execution
  • Build, manage, and coach a team of Account Executives focused on SMB and Commercial segments
  • Set clear performance expectations; conduct regular 1:1s, deal reviews, and pipeline inspections
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Channel teams to drive GTM success
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and ensure adherence to structured sales processes
  • Ensure smooth handoffs to Customer Success for onboarding, renewals, and expansion opportunities
  • Demonstrate a strong track record of quota achievement and consistent team performance
  • You have a desire, even an obsession, to develop and lead your teams by example.
  • Identify, recruit, and grow top talent, continuously providing coaching and best-in-class training and development support for your team.
  • Lead, manage, and inspire a team of SMB AEs.
