As such, we are seeking experienced & passionate Engineers to join our team, As part of Grab's payment's team you will be responsible of designing, delivering and maintaining high quality and scalable solutions to meet the payments needs of Grab. You will be reporting to Engineering Manager II
Workplace Type: This role will be onsite and based in the Bangalore office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:
- Architect scalable, high-performance backend systems using a platform-driven approach
- Mentor a team of software engineers, encouraging a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with teams to define technical strategies and feature specifications
- Make high-level design decisions and establish technical standards for software development
- Optimise system performance, reliability, and efficiency across the product ecosystem
- You provide technical guidance and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Partner with DevOps teams to enhance system scalability and operational efficiency
- Stay current with latest technologies and industry trends to lead innovation within the team
