What You'll Do

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well unit-tested code for software components that solve real-world problems.
  • Contribute to microservices-based systems and gain exposure to cloud infrastructure like GCP, AWS, etc.
  • Take ownership of features/modules across the development lifecycle — from understanding requirements and design to coding, testing, and deployment (with guidance from seniors).
  • Focus on quality at every level — whether it's problem-solving, design, code, or bug fixes.
  • Collaborate with product managers, senior engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sprints.
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve production issues, learning to debug and fix problems effectively.
  • Continuously learn new technologies, tools, and best practices to grow as an engineer.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or allied branches, or equivalent experience (2024 / 2025 passouts).
  • 1–2 years of experience in building scalable RESTful/SOAP microservices, including internships or strong project work.
  • Basic understanding of LLD/HLD and eagerness to learn design patterns.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of data structures & algorithms and their space & time complexities.
  • Hands-on working experience with Java and Spring Boot.
  • Good coding skills — should be able to translate design/requirements into working code.
  • Strong technical aptitude and a solid grasp of CS fundamentals.
  • Demonstrated learnability and a willingness to adopt new technologies that help build large-scale, performant, reliable, and sustainable systems.
