Position: Recruitment Manager
Location: NSEZ, Noida
We are looking for Recruitment Manager (US Staffing) who will be working from Our Noida office
Onsite travel is required for this particular role.
Shift Timing: EST Shift
The ideal candidate must have
- Total 10+ Years of recruiting industry experience
- At least 8+ Years of experience in US recruiting industry
- 5+ Years of experience managing a team at least 8 recruiters
- Hiring
- Performance evaluation
- Training team members
- Delivery management
- VMO management/portals
- Good technology understanding
- Good Visa understanding
· Education: Candidate Must have a full time bachelor’s degree
