Accountabilities:

As a Sanskrit Quality Control Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and validating AI training data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards. You will analyze annotated content, identify potential issues, and provide clear feedback to improve overall data quality. Your role will involve:

  • Reviewing completed tasks submitted by Trainers, including questions, images, and corresponding reference answers.
  • Independently verifying whether provided answers accurately match the information shown in images.
  • Identifying and flagging incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or inconsistent responses.
  • Providing detailed feedback and corrections to maintain high-quality project standards.
  • Monitoring recurring quality issues and reporting trends to the project team.
  • Ensuring Trainer submissions meet established quality requirements before final approval.
  • Escalating ambiguous cases, unclear questions, or unreadable images for further review.
  • Applying project guidelines and evaluation criteria consistently across all assigned tasks.

    • Requirements:

    The ideal candidate is a highly detail-oriented professional with strong Sanskrit language skills and an interest in AI data quality. You should be comfortable working independently, following structured guidelines, and evaluating content objectively. Required qualifications and skills include:

    • Native or strong proficiency in Sanskrit.
    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • Excellent attention to detail and strong quality assurance mindset.
    • Strong reading comprehension and visual observation skills.
    • Ability to apply evaluation guidelines and rubrics consistently.
    • Strong written English communication skills, particularly for providing feedback.
    • Previous experience in quality control, proofreading, editing, content review, or data validation is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
    • Reliable access to a computer and stable internet connection.
