The Senior Implementation Consultant will drive end-to-end system deployments, integrations, and process improvements across growing software businesses.

The Senior Implementation Consultant will own ERP implementation projects from initial discovery through deployment, ensuring scalable financial systems, successful integrations, and strong operational outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading multiple concurrent ERP implementations across platforms such as Intacct, Xero, and QuickBooks from requirements gathering through final deployment.
- Designing chart of accounts structures, multi-entity accounting frameworks, and consolidation models that support business growth.
- Managing data migration activities while ensuring accuracy, reconciliation, and audit-ready documentation.
- Building and overseeing integrations between ERP platforms and supporting systems such as billing, expense management, and financial operations tools.
- Designing workflow improvements and automation initiatives to optimize financial processes and reduce month-end close timelines.
- Creating SOP documentation, user guides, and training materials to support successful adoption and long-term system usage.
- Collaborating with finance, operations, and technology stakeholders to define requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Managing implementation risks, project timelines, milestones, and communication across distributed teams.
- Providing guidance on financial system architecture, process improvements, and best practices.
- Supporting post-implementation optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with at least two ERP platforms such as Intacct, Xero, QuickBooks Desktop, or QuickBooks Online.
- Proven experience delivering multiple full-cycle ERP implementations or migrations with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong expertise in chart of accounts design, multi-entity accounting, intercompany eliminations, and financial consolidation processes.
- Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, COSO internal controls frameworks, and financial reporting processes.
- Experience designing and managing API integrations or middleware solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across different time zones.
- Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify implementation risks, recommend solutions, and independently drive projects forward.
- Experience creating documentation, training materials, and operational processes.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- CA, CPA, CMA certification, or equivalent finance qualification with relevant implementation experience.
- Technical knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, or middleware platforms.
- Experience supporting financial audits after ERP implementations.
- Experience designing systems for scalability, compliance, and long-term operational efficiency.
