About The Team

Meesho’s content commerce team is a relatively new team that directly contributes to Meesho’s GMV/ NMV. This team works on identifying opportunities in the influencer economy to leverage them for Meesho’s growth. As part of the team, individuals work on exciting new problem statements & contribute to Meesho’s content strategy across various social media platforms.

About The Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Operations to lead and scale a ~50-member Key Account Management (KAM) team within MCC. This role sits at the core of creator monetization success — ensuring that creators seamlessly progress across the lifecycle:
Signup → Social Account Connection → Content Creation → Sale Generation → Sustainable Earnings
The charter is to drive structured execution, streamline priorities, optimize KAM bandwidth, and build data-led operating systems that improve creator activation, performance, and retention at scale.This is a high-impact role requiring strong people leadership, operational rigor, and sharp data thinking.
What You Will Do
  • Lead, coach and scale a ~50-member KAM team.
  • Define clear KRAs aligned to lifecycle metrics (activation, content velocity, GMV contribution, repeat earnings).
  • Ensure high connect rates and reduce technical friction
  • Improve conversion from content → clicks → orders.
  • Build strategies to reduce creator churn and increase repeat earning creators.

  • What You Will Need
  • 3–6 years of experience in Operations / Sales Ops / Creator Ops / Growth Ops.
  • Prior experience managing large frontline teams (30+ members preferred).
  • Experience in marketplaces, e-commerce, content platforms, or creator ecosystems is strongly preferred.
  • Team Handling and Leadership Experience
