Job Description

Ensure that the MindTickle customers get a clear understanding of the product and it's functionality.
Author MindTickle Knowledge base. Ensure that the articles and tutorials are easy to find, easy to use and always up-to-date with the product.
Ensure that product terminologies, UI messages and instructions are grammatically flawless, user-friendly, effective and consistent throughout.
Design and develop release documentation for product updates and feature release information.
Participate in usability studies with the product design team to ensure product terminology and UI instructions are making the product easy to use.
Co-own MindTickle Academy with marketing team which would have courses, tips and tricks on how to create great online courses.
