Graphic Designer / Presentation Specialist

The Presentation Specialist / Graphic Designer will be responsible for the creation and formatting of client-ready documents — including pitchbooks, proposals, financial statements, brochures, infographics, and complex presentation materials — in line with Sutherland brand standards, using the Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom).

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage intake of presentation and graphic design requests; take full ownership of quality, turnaround, and overall client satisfaction.
  • Create, produce, edit, and annotate graphic designs and documents to specification, using a variety of advanced graphics applications.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple competing deadlines, working independently with minimal direction.
  • Uphold Sutherland’s brand integrity while meeting internal clients’ requirements for creative, professional, high-quality, and cost-effective graphic materials.
  • Create, edit, and refine materials across formats; build and maintain expertise in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Incorporate feedback into ongoing improvements in output quality; develop capabilities for innovation and service excellence.
  • Build understanding of internal workflows and stakeholder requirements to sharpen document quality and strengthen the overall client service experience.
  • Understand quality and timeliness performance metrics, and apply a continuous-improvement mindset to maintain consistently high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop working knowledge of CXO team needs and other vertical-specific requirements.
  • Understand Sutherland’s performance framework, including the core values against which all staff are assessed. Take genuine ownership of personal performance and actively seek to excel.
  • Operate within established team procedures and policies — including attendance expectations and timely submission of hours through the designated tool.
